True Bodyboarder, in body and soul, this sport was what sparked interest in film production. In 1998, at the tender age of 18, he began recording the first Portuguese Bodyboard film together with 3 friends. In 2001 it was released on dvd in news stands, and the success was such, that he had produced three more films by 2006, including the surf film and top sales “North-South”. At the same time he graduated in film and television in the modern University of Lisbon. In 2007 he began the production of corporate films, documentaries and tv and as of today he is still connected to “machines”.
We believe that Adilson is a (su)real project manager. Very creative and always smiling at life he has lived in NY as student in communication arts, as produced live shows in Portugal and Spain, produced videos in Brazil for the World cup and then returned to the Portuguese sunlight to do some magic. Being in touch with Lisboa’s scene through his hobby (musical booker for some of the city’s top places) he now claims that he will hardly move from Portugal to live in any other place in the world. Father of Beatriz, skateboarder, wave rider, rhyme-lover, song-maker, sun-shiner and (now) Boa-Onda-project-manager. BAM!
He is the oldest of the team. He likes to tell stories using moving images and by choosing, each soundtrack he uses, very wisely. He worked at Snegami, Black Box Audiovisual and then went freelancing for 3 years. He then got tired of working in his pyjamas. Occasionally you may find him working after 7 p.m.

Then drifted into working as a freelancer. Finally, he joined the Boa Onda crew in 2013.
Azores born and raised, he soon developed a passion for the sea. He likes sports but mainly couch surfs. In Portugal he started in BCP tv , Worked in Eastern Europe for 2 years in T.V./Cinema, but as he missed the sea and was fed up of snow, he arrived at Boa Onda Productions where he continues to thrive as a Producer/Assistant Director.
